TK Defense provides a turnkey packaging solution for 120 mm ammunition, combining compact cardboard containers with a dedicated plywood tactical pallet. This system is designed to support rapid deployment across the full logistics chain, from transport to operational use.

Each tactical pallet is tailored to meet specific operational constraints and payload requirements.

Technical Specifications

Size: 1200 x 1200 x 80 mm – 25 mm softwood plywood, assembled with screws, adhesive and steel strapping;
Load capacity: 24 or 30 containers per pallet. Maximum stacking: 1/3;
Components: pallet with cradles, intermediate cradles (x6 or 8), top layer with cradles;
Treatment: ISPM15 – heat treatment for international export;
Marking: identified batch;
Sling load capable: design adapted for airlifting;
Qualification testing: load resistance, stacking, vibration and drop tests.
